Author: It is time for the family holiday and you have decided on Florida. This is a great destination for nearly any likes. There are great beaches, fantastic cities, history and parks. You can camp, stay in hotels or rent a home on the beach. Whatever you like is available to you.
Florida is a great place to holiday even in the winter. The weather in Southern Florida is nice all year. Sometimes it is even better in the winter months. You will be able to see the beaches, go fishing, swimming, diving or snorkeling. You can fish off the shore or in a boat. There is fresh and saltwater fishing and you are sure to catch something.
For the golfer in you there are some great golf courses with some being very close to a beach near you. There will be very little traveling unless you want there to be. Visit St. Augustine and see the history of the place with its 17thcentury fort and 18th century buildings. Go and drink from the Fountain of Youth. This was Ponce De Leon’s greatest find. Unfortunately he didn’t get any younger. A Florida holiday will be just the medicine you need to get rid of the stress that has been building.
